OUR PROCESS
The 7 steps of a Signature Lux build
Submit a consultation form to tell us about your project. A team member reaches out to set up a conversation.
We assess whether we are the right fit based on location, workload, scope, and budget. We would rather be honest up front than overpromise.
We meet in person to evaluate the scope and gather the details we need to outline your project and estimate a budget.
We prepare a comprehensive preliminary budget based on our experience, outlining the anticipated costs for each stage of construction. We also walk you through the payment schedule so you understand what to expect throughout the building process.

For clients who would like a more detailed budget supported by formal trade quotes, a retainer is required.

Your project officially begins with a 3 to 4 hour site measure to create the drawings needed for permits. A retainer secures your spot.
We build a full scope document detailing every task, the team responsible, and the timeline, then review it with you and your project manager.
We draft and sign the contract, a deposit secures the project, and construction begins once permits are approved.
