Modern Home Renovation in Sarnia

This modern home renovation in Sarnia was a major reconstruction with one big goal: see the lake from everywhere. Signature Lux took out the entire back of the house and replaced it with two storeys of floor-to-ceiling glass facing Lake Huron.

Now the lake view runs through the living room, kitchen, upstairs office, family room and main bedroom. At night, the house glows like a lantern through the trees.

Inside, the look is clean and calm. There are glossy white floors, built-in LED light lines and a two-storey entry with glass globe pendants and a glass stair railing. Upstairs, a walnut feature wall anchors the family room.

The main ensuite has a long floating vanity with two glass sinks, wall-mounted faucets, a wall-hung toilet and a freestanding soaker tub.
