Lakefront Home Renovation in Sarnia

This lakefront home renovation in Sarnia was a complete reconstruction, inside and out. The goal was to make every room about one thing: the view of Lake Huron.

Signature Lux opened up the main floor under a vaulted ceiling with wood beams. We added walls of glass and sliding doors, so the lake is in view from the kitchen, dining room and living room. A glass stair railing keeps the view open all the way across.

The kitchen is built for cooking and hosting, with a big island, a Wolf range and Miele wall ovens. A see-through fireplace, custom built-ins and a lake-facing bedroom finish the inside. Outside, there’s new stone, a welcoming arched entry and a patio made for long summer nights by the water.
