Lake Huron Home Renovation in Sarnia

This Lake Huron home renovation started with one big idea: open up the back of the house to the lake. Signature Lux took out the old back wall and replaced it with a curtain wall. That’s a wall made almost entirely of glass, held up by a slim frame, running from the floor to the sloped roofline.

Now the lake fills the view from the living room, dining room and main bedroom. Big sliding doors open straight onto the deck, so stepping outside is easy.

Inside, a two-storey wood fireplace wall goes all the way up to the ceiling. Dark porcelain floors and white walls keep the focus on the water.

Outside, a new composite deck with glass railings, curved steps and a pergola gives everyone room to relax by the lake.
